I know there have been very few posts of late, but I’ve been working full time, and I just finished up the last of my grad classes (after the internship this summer, I’ll be done with my Master’s degree). Of course I’ve had my hands full with teaching, but unfortunately yesterday one of my students had his hands full with me:
Police detain Carlisle student after fight
A 16-year-old boy was taken to Carlisle Police Department after he grabbed a Carlisle High School teacher by the throat briefly at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, according to Carlisle police.
The teacher, a 26-year-old man, had been trying to break up a fight between students when the incident happened, police said. The student was released to the custody of his mother “pending further action by police.”
