Somebody has come up with an innovative way to make a difference. I must say that his idea was unique. I’m really not sure what they’d be able to charge him with — he wasn’t littering, he was only moving litter that other people had created. It’s kinda disgusting, but he definitely managed to make his point and raise awareness of the issue.
