I promised myself I wouldn’t write much about the Schiavo case (as I really don’t feel that I have a thorough enough grasp of the details of the case to form a proper opinion). I’ve prettymuch kept my feelings to myself on the matter, but I did find this post interesting. This provides MUCH more information than is being publicized in the mainstream media — even if some of it is pure speculation, the overwhelming weight of what CAN be confirmed argues against the simplistic explanation we’ve all been hearing from the news. When Nat Hentoff agrees with the Pope, some consideration is in order.

Schiavo Case

Sunday, March 27th, 2005I don’t really have much to post today. Actually, I haven’t been posting as much recently: observations at JBMS (I’m teaching my first lesson Tuesday) and stuff have kept me fairly busy, and have worn me out enough that I really don’t feel like writing of an evening. I did, however, find this post at Power Line to be interesting, so you can go read that.
