Is it me, or is it a bad sign if someone succeeds at embezzling about one percent of your (small) organization’s budget every year for “three or four years”? And now said individual is ‘missing,’ supposedly dead, and with something like 3 UN passports and millions in cash?

And people wonder why I think the UN is a worthless organization.
