The media is starting to make the vote in Iraq sound like Democrats after an election. The election seems to have gone much better there than it did here though: the Iraq article trumpets the “more than 100 complaints of irregularities,” whereas Democrats are complaining about more than 1,650 in Philadelphia alone.
Sure there were problems with voting in Iraq. There are problems with voting everywhere. However, the media should be careful to make sure they’re not being used as a tool to make the results seem illegitimate when they’re really not.
